Projects

Our first notable project was contracting as the lead Construction Manager for “Bigfoot On The Strip,” Branson, Missouri’s largest attraction opening in 2016 and totaling over $10MM in construction cost.

Since then Mid-Southern has returned to its roots as one of the premier custom home builders in the Springfield and surrounding region. Our custom home projects range from $250K to $2MM.

James LansdalePrincipal/Owner

James is a hands-on construction and development professional with over fifteen years of expertise in all aspects of the industry. He has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of numerous multi-million dollar projects. James is well versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, critical path scheduling, building codes, and regulations.

Rebecca DouglasProject Manager

Rebecca brings over 6 years of construction experience to MidSouthern. She has site supervision experience and is a valued project manager. Rebecca has been essential to multiple phases of the construction process and gains the most satisfaction of seeing projects go from ideas and dreams to reality.

Cody HolderProject Manager

Cody is an experienced management professional with over 8 years experience. Growing up in the construction industry, he enjoys working with our elite sub contractors and coordinating schedules and logistics for our clients. Following his father’s vision, hard work and dedication sparks his drive to exceed our client’s needs.
